I definitely was feeling a little of that holiday guilt. You know that guilt from all of the over indulgence of sweets, snacks and the lack of actually sitting down for a meal. As the holidays have started to wind down I felt it was time to satisfy a few cravings ( with something healthy), show the kids it’s ok to slow down and actually have a wholesome lunch….sitting down!
These Italian Cauliflower Bites hit the spot. They are so satisfying, make a great snack, appetizer, meal and are even kid friendly. The best part, they are so simple and you can even prep ahead of time. If you are looking for something super comforting as the days get colder, pair these bites with your favorite tomato sauce and enjoy!
